The Application Specialist is a customer contact for technical questions and issues regarding the Tebis application. You will provide technical support to customers, be responsible for administration of cases in the CRM system, and ensure close technical cooperation to Tebis HQ. *Frequent travel is required to customer locations.
First-level support via telephone and email correspondence for customers
Documentation of all helpdesk cases in the CRM system according to guidelines
Follow the Tebis error management process by prioritzing and submitting software errors and enhancement requests according to guidelines
Participate as a technical contact at customer events, trade shows and workshops
Independent preparation and implementation of technical presentations and demos to prospects, customers and partners
Conduct Tebis training for prospects and customers at the Tebis office or onsite at a customer's location
Technical support of cooperation partners
Independent verification of software corrections and enhancements, correspondence to the customer
Provide CAD/CAM services including support visits and troubleshooting either at Tebis office or onsite at a customer's location
Implementation of Tebis products onsite at a customer's location
Execution of benchmarks for prospects and exisiting customers
Last-level support for OEM customers using project management methods
Last-level support in complex and critical situations for customers and partners using project management methods
High School Diploma
Trade school in manufacturing
Preferred Tebis application experience
Strong communication skills
NC controller language skills
