"Decisions in stressful situations – not blowing the whistle is also a decision"
Referee legend Lutz Wagner engaged participants in a game-style coaching exercise and inspired the audience with his perspectives on the topic of decisions. One of the take-aways from his keynote presentation "Decisions in stressful situations – not blowing the whistle is also a decision": A bad decision is still better than no decision at all!
Bernhard Rindfleisch, Tebis founder and Chairman of the Board
After the keynote presentation, Bernhard Rindfleisch, Tebis founder and Chairman of the Board, invited all participants on a tour through the company – and through more than three decades of Tebis AG's commercial success.
A short visit to the Tebis Museum
The tour was entertaining and highly informative and provided inspiring insights into the development of a company that’s seen many visionary developments, good fortune and of course one or two correct decisions along the way.
BBQ buffet by the Tebis grill masters
The most enjoyable decisions were presented at the BBQ buffet by the Tebis grill masters, where the focus was on selecting the best menu.
The spellbound guests marveled at a soccer field in the form of a graphite electrode with 0.1 x 5 mm corner flags.
