    Tebis 4.1 Release 9 – International, user-friendly and stable

In a globalized world economy, companies and business units must grow together closely across all cultural and international borders. MES systems play a key role in bridging the gap between production sites, suppliers and customers.

Data Bridge Market Research, a market research and consulting company, assumes that the market for MES systems will grow by an average of 12.05% annually over the forecasting period of 2022-2029. This would correspond to a market value of USD 39.67 billion for 2029. A very large fraction of these growth rates is anticipated to be in the Asia-Pacific region*.

With Tebis, you are optimally prepared for this development – because Tebis 4.1 Release 9 stands for internationalization. The CAD/CAM software solution and ProLeiS MES are now fully Unicode-capable. ProLeiS MES can be seamlessly integrated with Tebis.

With the new release, Tebis has also become even more user-friendly. The special highlight: Tebis Help can now be quickly accessed as WebHelp in an Internet browser.

What's more, our developers have undertaken a comprehensive optimization of the software base and quality management – the processes are now more stable, robust and efficient than ever.

    Internationalization for worldwide data exchange

Tebis and ProLeiS MES are fully Unicode-capable

The Tebis CAD/CAM and ProLeiS MES software solutions are now fully Unicode-capable. This enables both systems to be used in combination on Japanese or Chinese operating systems, for example.

Data can also be easily exchanged worldwide with no time-consuming adjustments.

The new releases of the PDM Server with the Zoller interface and the FLD Server (Floating License Server) also support Unicode characters.

    Improved usability

Always up to date: Tebis Help can now be quickly called up as WebHelp in an Internet browser. If there is no Internet connection available, the help can still be accessed via the Tebis Help Browser.

    CAM – Turning

    High-efficiency adaptive roughing

Adaptive machining in turning without full-cut machining.

Cavities can now be machined very cost-effectively with an adaptive path layout without full-cut machining. This ensures constant material contact, resulting in shorter machine run times and longer tool life.
